2008/09/25 11:48 有「末日博士」之稱的著名投資者麥嘉華預計，今次金融危機要數年才能夠解決，而且美國提出的7,000億美元救市方案金額太少，相比美國樓市現時總值22萬億美元，實在是微不足道。他批評救市方案只會引致災難，政府接管兩房亦是失敗行為，因為應該任由金融機構破產，之後才作出資本重組，但現時政府購入資產只能托價，不利市場調節。麥嘉華又認為，聯儲局會將聯邦基金利率降至零水平，但不知道成效如何，但透過「印鈔票」式的貨幣政策來支持市場，對經濟無實質幫助，估計美股反彈10%後會再下跌。
